My Smartcard has been stolen?

TravelMaster values our customers safety and would advise any customers who believe that they have been the victim of a crime to contact the police and obtain a crime reference number.


South Yorkshire Police:


Some insurers do cover for the loss or theft of travel cards so we would advise customers to contact their insurance company if you believe you are covered under their/your policy.

 

TravelMaster are unable to offer cash refunds for stolen Smartcards or tickets loaded to them. Please contact us using the contact us webform to report your smartcard as lost. 


Lost tickets can also be blocked and transferred if proof of purchase is provided. TravelMaster do not provide replacement smartcards.
